SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Processing Time:

    • All orders are processed within 7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

  2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

  3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

    • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped. The email will contain your tracking number(s), allowing you to track your package's journey.

  4. Shipping Destinations:

    • We currently ship to addresses within the USA. 

  5. P.O. Box Addresses:

    • We are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

  6. Shipment Delays:

    • We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, customs delays, or other similar occurrences.

  7. Shipping Carriers:

    • We use UPS and USPS to deliver our orders. We reserve the right to choose the most suitable carrier for your order based on your location and the size of the package.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Refund Policy:

    • We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our crochet products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

    • Refunds will not include any shipping or handling charges unless the return is a result of our error.

  2. Return Policy:

    • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

    • To initiate a return, please email us at crochetontop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping address.

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error.

    • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during the return shipping process.

  3. Exchanges:

    • We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

  4. Custom Orders:

    • Custom orders are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part. We will work closely with you during the customization process to ensure your complete satisfaction before finalizing the order.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

  6. Cancellations:

    • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee a cancellation for orders that have already been processed and shipped.
